(Reiki and Rheumatiod Arthritis) ..... You have a wonderful gift, I was very skeptical when my daughter suggested I come along. I saw colours rising as soon as you started the treatment and immediately sensed the energy travelling down through my body to my feet (where the problem lay). I have been out and walked through the High Street and back and my feet feel wonderful without the usual discomfort I suffer. I can still feel the energy in my body. (Reiki & Stress) .... After a short while I felt as though a heavy weight had suddenly left me and my head dropped back. My mind cleared and I let go of all the things that were troubling me earlier! I felt very light headed for a short time but I have not allowed any of the problems to come back and haunt me since the session. (Maternity Reflexology) Just to let you know that baby Jacqui arrived safely on 31st May, weighing 7lb 4ozs. My waters broke in the early hours of Wednesday morning after the Reflexology - I think it worked!! Thanks for your help. AW |

(Maternity Reflexology) ..........The treatment completely relaxed me and made me focus on the baby, it also helped to reduce puffiness caused by water retention. The surroundings were very conducinve to relaxation and you have a very approachable and calming manner about you. I hope to contact you in the near future for more sessions. JS |

I think It's important to feel comfortable with your reflexologist.Val creates the perfect environment - it's clean, physically comfortable and I don't feel under pressure to stay awake and talk! I can just relax and enjoy the experience. From a post-natal perspective, not only did reflexology relax me, but the baby seemed quite contented too. So, beneficial to both mother and child. ST |

(Maternity Reflexology) I wanted to write and say I'm absolutely gobsmacked at how WONDERFUL both my session of reflexology and it's effects were! I didn't go into labour as hoped, but the amount of deep relaxation, relief of fluid retention and the amazing nights sleep I got (best i've had in at least five months) made it absolutely worth coming along! I am pleased to report that I am still feeling the effects this morning in that I am well rested and energetic and just generally relaxed. I will be recommending you to all and sundry! I'm already trying to get my overworked husband to go along. I'm just quite literally amazed. I cannot wait for another session! Many Thanks to You, TE |
(Indian Head Massage and Migraines) Just a note to thank you for the Indian Champissage - I was amazed how quickly the migraine disappeared during the treatment. I had not realised that head massage covered more than just the head and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. I also slept very well that night! See you next week! JB |

(Thermo-Auricular Therapy) ................ I have recently had my annual ear check at the hospital and did not need any treatment. My ears are immaculate and I am to keep up with ear candling which the consultant said is obviously helping keep them clear - the last lot of infection left no scarring or any problems. So thank you for your help with this - and Reiki! TN |
(Indian Head Massage & Stress) Thanks for the lovely Indian Head Massage on Friday - it really did the trick and de-stressed me! (stopped my head feeling like it was about to explode after a stressful week). I will be in touch again soon for another treatment. TW |

(Reflexology - Stress relief)
Just wanted to say thank you for a very relaxing session of reflexology last night, after the tension of getting back from town. I was very chilled out after seeing you and went out like a light at bedtime. Thanks again! KW

(Indian Head Massage) I suffered from neck and shoulder pain and stiffness, which may be related to my work. Indian Head Massage usually provides immediate improvement, with further improvements and relaxation of the pain/tension over the days following. I am particularly aware of the deterioration when I am unable to receive a treatment for an extended period of time and find that fortnightly treatments are beneficial. The treatment has also located and relieved pains that I have occasionally experienced with the right hand side of my back/shoulder blade. I would recommend Indian Head Massage to anyone experiencing neck, shoulder or back pain. AM |

(Reiki ) ............... I enjoyed my Reiki treatment so much yesterday thank you very much, I feel like it is really benefiting my soul. I spoke to my boyfriend last night and he wanted to know all about the Reiki and would like me to book him an appointment with you as soon as possible.
